We are Rent Pro LLC, owned by Jim and Carol Sapp and based in Watkinsville Georgia. We serve the Athens, Georgia (and surrounding) areas only. Carol is also a Realtor with The Leaders Real Estate Group Inc located in Watkinsville, Ga., and Jim is an Associate Broker with The Leaders Real Estate Group Inc in addition to serving as the qualifying Broker for Rent Pro LLC.   Carol has been a licensed realtor since 1984, and Jim since 1997.  Jim was a homebuilder for approximately 20 years before becoming a realtor.  In total, the two of us have 70 years of real estate experience.  Rent Pro LLC is fully licensed through the Georgia Real Estate Commission,  Firm H-64586.

Through the years we have accumulated investment properties of our own and continue to manage those as well as properties owned by our clients.  We will manage your property just as if it were our own.
Property management services have always been a portion of our traditional real estate endeavors.  That is changing quickly for us and we are now focusing on property management services.  To that end, in 2011, We formed Rent Pro LLC , to streamline the property management services for You ,The Owner/Investor, and also the tenants.
